The Coles Bay Triathlon is held within the natural reserves of beautiful Coles Bay, on the east coast of Tasmania. Situated at the northern edge of the Freycinet National Park, the Coles Bay Triathlon is one of the most iconic destination events in Australia and is not to be missed.

There is a distance & challenge for all triathletes & the kids can get involved too, with the Just Swim Coles Bay TRYstars (ages 7-12 years). Make it a day for the whole family.

The Coles Bay Half (1.9km swim, 90km bike, 21.1km run)
The Coles Bay Sprint (500M swim, 20km bike, 5km run) or
The Coles Bay Short Course (375M swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run)
Coles Bay TRYstars 7-8 year olds (50m swim + 500m run)
Coles Bay TRYstars 9-10 year olds (100m swim + 1km run)
Coles Bay TRYstars 11-12 year olds (150m swim + 2km run)
