Learn to cook classic farmhouse French cuisine using fresh local produce. Gert from Gert & Ted will teach a range of rustic French dishes in a fun and relaxed environment. After cake, tea, coffee or a glass of local sparkling wine on arrival, you will get busy helping to create a delectable three course menu for lunch. Dishes such as green peppercorn pate, French onion soup, roasted pheasant with thyme and cider, boulangere potatoes and tarte tatin.
When all the preparation is done, sit down to a delicious feast together. Each course will be matched with a glass of local East Coast Tasmania wine.
All recipes taught in the class will be provided in a take home gift pack so you can impress your friends and family with your French cooking skills.
